Landlords & letting agents
Rental properties kept safe, compliant and documented.
The rented housing standards expect heating that tenants can control, and gas and oil installations kept in good repair and safe working order. We do the checks, keep the records and deal with the tenants, so you do not have to chase any of it.

How often should a landlord get a gas safety check?
The rented housing regulations do not set a fixed interval. Most landlords and letting agents work to an annual inspection and service, which also lines up with manufacturer servicing requirements.
