Do you work with builders?

How do you price first and second fix?
From the drawings or a site walk-round, with first fix and second fix priced separately, in writing, before we start.
Do you certify the work?
Yes. Gas work gets a Declaration of Conformance, and everything else is pressure tested and handed over with commissioning records.
