We believe you should know what a job is likely to cost before you contact us, so we publish our prices. These are starting prices including VAT; the fixed price for your job is agreed in writing before we begin.

Repairs
- Call-out and first hour — from €95 in working hours
- Parts are priced separately and agreed before fitting.
- Out-of-hours emergency call-outs are priced when you call — before we set off.
New boilers
- Gas boiler replacement — from €2,750 for a like-for-like combi swap, fitted and certified
- Oil boiler replacement — from €3,200 like-for-like

- Every new boiler includes its first annual service free. Service plan members get €50 off.
Discounts
- Over-66s — 10% off servicing and repair labour.

Paying

Heat pumps
Heat pump prices depend on the house, so there is no honest single figure. After the survey we give a fixed price and show the SEAI grant against it so you see the net cost.

Frequently asked questions
Why are your prices "from"?
Because two boiler services are not always the same job. The "from" price covers the normal case. If yours is different, we tell you before we start — never after.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, every price on this site includes VAT.
Do you price match?
No. We publish our prices so you can compare them openly, and we quote a fixed price for the job in front of us. If another quote is cheaper, check that it includes the same things — filter, CO alarm, system clean, certification and first service.
Do you offer finance?
Not directly. Consumer credit in Ireland must come from a Central Bank-authorised provider. We can agree staged payments on larger jobs.
