Alisha Kenneally
Operations · Scheduling · Accounts & customer care
Alisha is Christy's wife and the office manager at C. Kenneally Heating & Plumbing. She runs the day-to-day operations of the business from the office at City Gate, Mahon.
Behind every booking, quote and invoice is Alisha. She manages the diary and schedules the team's work, prepares quotes and invoices, and keeps every customer's service history, certificates and warranty records on file.
She also runs the accounts and the business systems: invoicing and payments, supplier accounts, and the records that keep the business compliant, from annual service reminders to landlord gas check renewals.
It means Christy and the team can stay focused on the work, while customers get clear answers and paperwork that is right first time.
Apprentice plumber
Jacob Kenneally
Apprentice plumber · The next generation
Jacob is Christy and Alisha's son, and he is serving his plumbing apprenticeship in the family business. It is the same full four-year apprenticeship his father completed, now run by SOLAS.
He works alongside Christy, Ryan, George, Kevin and Vito on everything from boiler services to full bathroom refits, learning the trade the way it should be learned: on the tools, with the people who do it every day.
The plan is simple. In time, Jacob will carry the business on, so the name, and the standard behind it, stays the same for years to come.

Qualified plumber · heating systems
George Murphy
Qualified plumber · Heating, heat pumps & underfloor
George is the team's heating specialist. A qualified plumber, he takes particular pride in heating systems that are properly designed, balanced and commissioned, and that is where most of his week is spent.
He works on heating systems, fits air-to-water heat pumps and underfloor heating, and upgrades controls so homes use less energy. If one room never warms up, or a heat pump is not giving the comfort it should, George is the one who works out why.
He is meticulous: every radiator balanced, every joint checked, the system flushed and protected before he hands it back. He will also take the time to show you how to get the best out of your controls.
Qualified plumber · plumbing & call-outs
Kevin O'Sullivan

He covers the day-to-day plumbing work: leaks and repairs, pumps and water pressure, cylinders, showers, and complete bathroom refits from strip-out to the last bead of silicone.
Kevin keeps you posted at every step, explains what he found in plain English, and leaves the place as tidy as he found it.
Qualified plumber · plumbing & heating
Vito Sajko

Vito takes pride in work that looks as good as it performs: straight runs, every joint tested, and a clear handover when the job is done. All gas work is carried out under Christy's Registered Gas Installer registration and signed off by him.
